I came to design through building things, and I still measure a design by whether it ships. Seven years in, five products of my own live, and a design system in production that outlasted my seat.

Owned the design system four products run on, 84 components on four foundation libraries, and led the AI sourcing dashboard with two designers. Started on the platform redesign, research and dashboards.
Toptal
Product Designer, contract
Contract product design for clients in Toptal's network: research to shipped interface and style guide for AtRest, and a mobile-first Shopify redesign for Rexcustom.

Led the design team for a B2B and B2C e-commerce marketplace, from wireframes to a shared UI library, and ran research and prototyping workshops for junior designers.

Systems before screens
I would rather ship one component right than ten screens that disagree with each other. The system is the product.
Decisions have costs
Every case study names what a call cost. If it cost nothing, it was not a decision.
Trust is transparency plus reversibility
If the user cannot see why and cannot undo it, it is not assistance. That applies to AI and to me.
